The BlauGrana International Cup - BIC Futsal is the international children's football tournament, which is held in Andorra, and which brings together the best teams in Europe every year competing in different categories.

It is a unique event in Andorra for its characteristics of indoor and international football, and has become a reference in this type of competition.

The 6th edition of the BIC Futsal will be held from 27 to 29 September in the same spirit that saw it born: to offer young players the opportunity to enjoy the sport they like the most and to promote respect and friendship with rivals.

Organization

The Blaugrana International Cup - BIC Futsal is organized by the Ciberpenya BlauGrana, official penya of FC Barcelona, with extensive experience acquired in the organization of events throughout its 21 years of existence, being the most prominent, the preliminary round of the UEFA Futsal Cup, organized in 2016 in collaboration with FC Encamp.

The Board of Directors of the Ciberpenya and the tournament's organizing team is made up of professionals with experience, imagination and vocation in the assigned tasks, each one of them within its scope of action, that we form a solid, cohesive and effective team that spare no effort to find the most appropriate solutions and make the BIC FUTSAL an unforgettable experience for all its participants.

September 27, Friday

Date of arrival of the teams hosted with the organization.

Control and delivery of the tournament documentation.

The equipment that does not stay in the hotels of the BIC Futsal must deliver all the documentation in the place, date and time indicated previously.

September 28, Saturday

09.00 h a 14.00 h start of the Groups Stage U10 & U12 Male and U14 Female

15.00 h a 20.00 h start of the Groups Stage U14 & U16 Male and U16 Female

21.30 h Official Gala Dinner with two persons from each delegation (Club)

At the end of each day, the organization will confirm the crosses of the Final and Consolation stage.

September 29, Sunday

09.00 h a 14.00 h the Semi-finals, the Consolation Stage and the Consolation Finals (3rd and 4th) games will be played

15.00 h a 18.00 h, at the Centre Esportiu dels Serradells (Serradells Sports Center), the finals of BIC Futsal Children will be played

18.15 h a 19.15 h, at the Centre Esportiu dels Serradells, awards ceremony and closing ceremony of the tournament

19.15 h, Departure from the Centre Esportiu dels Serradells of the bus to Barcelona

It is mandatory for the whole team of the top 3 classified in each category to attend the closing ceremony and we recommend that the other teams also do so as far as possible.

For all the teams that want to arrive or leave outside the dates of the tournament, the organization offers the possibility of managing accommodation, transport, excursions, friendly matches...

Rules of the Children competition

The BIC Futsal will be governed by FIFA rules. The competition system may vary depending on the number of participating teams. The modifications or variations thereof are reflected in the tournament regulations. You can download the complete manual on the tournament website (www.bicfutsal.com).

Duration of matches

All matches will have 1 part of 20 min. of running time, and the possibility of requesting 1 time-out per team and per game. The last 3 min. of the finals are on time stopped.

Number of players

The teams can register a maximum of 14 players, except in exceptional cases and with prior written authorization from the organization. A minimum of 8-10 players is recommended.

It is advisable that all players keep the same number throughout the competition.

Balls

The organization will only leave balls for the warming of the teams in the same track, the minutes before the start of the match.

Classification system

In the Groups Stage, the teams play among themselves with a single-round league system. Groups formed by 4 teams. The 1st and 2nd of each group are classified for the final stage, and the 3rd and 4th, face in the consolation stage.
In the final and consolation stage, all matches are played according to the cup system (direct elimination) and are decided without extension, by penalties, according to FIFA rules (3 penalties).

Referees

The referees belong to the FAF, they are appointed by the Technical Committee of Referees of Andorra and their decisions are unappealable.

Accreditation and Age Control

All players must identify themselves with the current federal license, DNI, passport or other official document with photograph. The review of the documentation will be done before the start of the championship and the organization can repeat it at any other time. It is recommended to take it to all parties

Once the control is over, each player will be given an identification wristband that will also serve as an accreditation.

This wristband can NOT be taken out during the whole tournament as it will not be allowed to use the internal transport of the organization, and the referee will not allow any player to jump to the game track, without the corresponding bracelet placed on the wrist

BIC FutSal Children 2019 Awards

The 6th edition of the BIC Futsal has adopted the following awards to acknowledge the participation of clubs and players, and reward the effort made during the tournament:

• The winning team of each category of the BIC Futsal will receive the Cup of champion.
• Registered players and coaching staff of the top three ranked teams will also receive the corresponding medal that credited individually (gold, silver and bronze), with a unique design.
• All participants will receive a small gift from Ciberpenya Blaugrana.
• All teams will also receive a reminder of their participation and a discount check for services from our technology sponsor Web Gestió.
• There will be individual trophies for the best player of each category of the tournament, which will be chosen with the votes of the coaches of each team, and the votes of the jury designated by the organization.
